Haydock's commentary

Riphath. Hebrew begins with D. (Calmet)

But the Protestants correct it (Haydock) according to the book of Genesis and the Septuagint. The two letters are very much alike.

From Haydock's Catholic Bible Commentary, 1859, in the transcription made by Todd Easton and kept online by John Paul Wohlschied at johnblood.gitlab.io/haydock.
